By using this application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App. Continued use after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
Use is limited to persons 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts. If you act on behalf of a business or brokerage, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
The App helps real-estate professionals connect and collaborate. It does not act as a broker, escrow agent, or intermediary. All transactions or communications between users occur independently and at their own risk. The App does not verify or endorse any user, license, or listing.
The App may operate in beta or early-release mode. Features may be incomplete or unstable, and service interruptions or data loss may occur.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
You must create an account to access certain features and keep all information—especially license and brokerage details—accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account. The platform is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated user information.
Users must not post false, unlawful, or misleading content; spam; impersonate others; or use automated systems without consent. Violations may result in suspension or termination, and unlawful activity may be reported to authorities.
Users are solely responsible for complying with all real-estate and advertising laws, including RESPA and state licensing rules. Nothing in the App constitutes legal or professional advice; consult your broker or attorney for guidance.
You may upload materials only if you own or are authorized to use them. By uploading, you grant the App a limited license to store and display your content for normal operation. You retain ownership and assume all risk. Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted forms (e.g., C.A.R.) is prohibited.
All App content and source code are owned or licensed by the developer. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of it without written permission.
Use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
The App may use AI to generate recommendations or summaries. All AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. Users must verify accuracy before acting.
The App is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use is at your own risk. The platform does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App, its owners, and affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.
In no event shall total aggregate liability exceed USD $100, regardless of cause or number of claims.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App’s owners and affiliates from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.
The App may link to external websites or services. It is not responsible for their content or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.
The platform is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, power failures, or internet outages.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive jury trial and class-action participation.
You may stop using the App at any time. The operators may suspend or terminate access for any reason. Sections on IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This platform is independently operated and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any state real-estate commission, the California Association of REALTORS®, the California Department of Real Estate, or any government agency. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and licensing regulations.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A waiver of one breach does not waive others. Rights and obligations under these Terms are not assignable without written consent. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Users may upload forms, contracts, or files only if they own them or have the legal right to use, reproduce, or share them. Uploading any content belonging to another party without authorization may violate copyright or licensing laws.
Users shall not upload or distribute copyrighted real-estate forms or other proprietary materials—including, without limitation, California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) forms—unless they are expressly authorized to do so through their C.A.R. membership, brokerage license, or written permission. Uploading blank or unlicensed template versions of such materials is prohibited. The platform may remove any content suspected of violating third-party rights and suspend related accounts.

The platform does not verify ownership, licensing, or authenticity of user-provided documents.
By uploading content, the user grants the platform a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display that content solely for purposes of app functionality and collaboration. The user retains ownership of all uploaded materials.
Uploaded files are stored using industry-standard safeguards; however, no system is entirely secure. Users accept the risk of accidental deletion, corruption, or unauthorized access and agree to maintain their own independent backups. The platform is not responsible for loss of data or file recovery.
Users should not upload documents containing sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers or bank details) unless necessary and legally permitted. The user is responsible for obtaining any required client consent for storing or transmitting personal information.
Uploaded materials or metadata may be processed by automated or AI-powered tools to improve search, organization, or functionality. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. The platform does not sell or reuse user content for external AI-training purposes.
Users must not upload files containing viruses, malicious code, or false data, or any content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws. The platform may scan or block uploads that appear harmful.
This platform is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any real-estate board, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), the California Department of Real Estate (DRE), or any governmental agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from uploaded materials or the use thereof. In no event shall total aggregate liability exceed USD $100, consistent with Section 13 of these Terms.
By clicking “I Agree,” uploading any file, or otherwise submitting content, the user confirms that the document complies with this Section 22, that the user has lawful rights to upload it, and that the user assumes full responsibility for its lawful use.
